New recording Beethoven Piano Sonata in C major Op 2 no. 3

This work is a real joy to play  although pretty challenging. I began work on this sonata late 2018 and this performance is from May 2019.

The whole sonata feels like a concerto but without orchestra. The piano taking on both role. Indeed a cadenza-like section occurs in the first and fourth movements! This was clearly Beethoven showing off his revolutionary keyboard technique as I doubt there were many of his audience who would attempt to play such technically demanding music.
